These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GasMeUp mobile application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Subscriptions and billing

• GasMeUp offers a paid subscription, which may include a free trial. The price and trial terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and you will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

Accuracy of fuel prices and savings

Fuel prices and station information shown in the app come from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. GasMeUp provides estimates and suggestions to help you decide where to fill up; it does not guarantee any specific price, availability, or amount of savings. Always confirm the price at the pump before purchasing fuel. Your decisions about where and when to buy fuel are your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, accessing it through unauthorized means, scraping or harvesting data from it, or using it in violation of applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GasMeUp and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, including reliance on any price or recommendation shown in the app.

Changes to the app and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the app, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
